Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools and power tools to build and repair structures using brick, concrete blocks, stone and other materials
• Lay out work using schematics, drawings, or blueprints
• Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions
• Set bricks, block or stones in place according to the design plans
• Clean and finish surfaces
• Repair, renovate, or restore existing masonry structures

Experience:

• Proven experience as a brick mason or in a similar role
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to masonry work
• Knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and other masonry materials

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during construction or repair
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
