Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various construction trades, demonstrating proficiency in multiple areas. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on various projects. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for executing tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Duties

• New build and remodeling of residential and commercial projects.
• Execute construction tasks including but not limited to carpentry, concrete forming, drywall installation, and tile laying.
• Perform electrical work, plumbing, and remodeling as required by project specifications.
• Fabricate components and structures based on project needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Journeyman or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation, tile laying, and remodeling.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Must have a truck and tools of the trade.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
