Yeah, we’re talking to you and if you’re still reading this, you’re asking yourself if you have what it takes. It’s time to get serious and start believing in yourself. It’s time to get on a track that will challenge you every day and build your character. So shake off the chains that have been holding you back and unleash your potential with a company that has a proven track record of working with the best.

At Mr. Sprinkler Fire Protection, you'll work on fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hydrants, and fire alarm components. You'll solve problems, track down issues others might miss, work directly with customers, learn and apply codes and technical expertise that will separate you from the masses.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding job. There will be difficult problems, uncomfortable working conditions, technical details to master, and days when the answers won’t come easily.

That's what we do, and we don’t shy away from these challenges. You’ll have the means, resources, and support to become the person who can figure it out, fix it right, and be trusted to do it again.

THE WORK HERE IS REAL. SO IS THE OPPORTUNITY.

You'll inspect, test, troubleshoot, service, and repair fire protection equipment. You'll identify deficiencies and code compliance issues, interpret technical information, maintain tools and truck inventory, prepare materials, and document your work accurately. You'll communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers, work safely, and respond to emergency service needs when required.

You are comfortable using tools, working in a variety of physical environments, climbing, kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 75 pounds when necessary. You have a keen understanding of safety and are committed to following established procedures.

You have high school diploma or equivalency. You have a strong mechanical or technical foundation, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. You are familiar with Automatic Fire Sprinkler systems, Fire Protection Codes, Alarm Panel Functions and can read and interpret mechanical drawings.

You are curious, persistent, and refuse to settle for anything but the best.

Good behind a wrench? Great. Good behind the wheel? Also required.

You have a good driving record and a valid California driver’s license.
