We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Master Electrician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Lead the installation, inspection, and repair of industrial and commercial electrical systems in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute projects.
• Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and troubleshooting techniques to identify faults efficiently.
• Install high-voltage electrical wiring and low-voltage systems safely on construction sites or during renovation projects.
• Ensure all work adheres to electrical safety procedures, local electrical codes, and NFPA 70 compliance requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for wiring, conduit bending, panel installation, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation processes.
• Mentor apprentices and junior electricians by sharing knowledge of electrical blueprint reading, wiring practices, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Master Electrician license with proven experience in industrial and commercial electrical work.
• Extensive experience with industrial electrical systems, high-voltage wiring, and low-voltage control systems.
• Strong understanding of the NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 standards, and local electrical codes.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for accurate project execution.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters for troubleshooting purposes.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical wiring and industrial automation components like PLCs.
• Construction site experience with a focus on renovation projects or new installations in commercial or industrial environments.
• Ability to work safely following all electrical safety procedures while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex electrical issues using power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members effectively.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
