Dunn Wright Plumbing is a growing plumbing company serving the Spokane area. We're looking for a reliable, experienced Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in their work, knows the trade, and can get the job done right.

The Position

We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who can independently handle residential and/or commercial plumbing work from start to finish.

The right person will be comfortable working in the field, communicating professionally with customers, diagnosing plumbing issues, and completing quality work without needing to be babysat.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, replacements, and service work
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Read and understand plumbing plans and specifications when required
• Install and repair water, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping systems as applicable
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain necessary work
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Follow applicable plumbing codes and company standards
• Properly document work performed and materials used
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Work independently while also being a team player

Requirements

Required:

• Valid Washington State Journey Level Plumber (PL01) certification
• Proven experience working as a journeyman plumber
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the job

Preferred:

• Residential service experience
• Commercial plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working directly with customers
• Clean driving record
• Experience with plumbing estimates, job documentation, or service software

Schedule

We have work throughout the week and value employees who have flexibility with their schedules. Seven-day availability is preferred, but employees will not be expected to work seven days a week.
