Job Summary:

The Licensed Journeyman Plumbing Technician position is a full-time position responsible for new installations/construction (70%), remodels (20%), and some service work (10%) when needed for both residential and commercial jobs, although the majority of our work is residential.

Responsibilities:

· Install plumbing systems according to building codes and specifications

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems

· Assemble and install/replace, pipes, fittings, valves, water heaters, and fixtures

· Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems

· Collaborate with other tradesmen & contractors to ensure proper coordination of work

· Record detailed notes for each job/project in Field Management System (ServiceTitan)

· Train or instruct new employees/apprentices as needed

· Complete paperwork as directed by supervisors/office staff

· Monitor company vehicle inventory levels & communicate maintenance needs

Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes

· Good customer service skills – ability to maintain a professional demeanor

· Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers

· Proficient in problem solving

· Proficient at reading blueprints

· Must possess a valid driver’s license

Education/Experience:

· WI Journeyman or Master Plumber license (Required)

· Experience using ServiceTitan or a similar platform to track hours, materials, job notes, etc. is preferred but not required

Hours/Benefits:

· Monday Through Friday 6:50am-3:30pm

· Potential to be added to on-call rotation

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
