TURBINE-X Energy Inc.

The Challenge
As a Journeyman Millwright, you will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and installing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
About TURBINE-X Energy
Modular power to give back with endless energy.
We started with a simple idea, that power shouldn’t be limited by brand or bias. Too many providers only support their own equipment, and we set out to change that. In 2020, we started building a team of experts fluent across every major power platform — turbine, reciprocating engine, balance of plant, and beyond — to help our clients choose what’s right, not just what’s sold.
From that foundation, we’ve grown into the world’s leading provider of cross-platform power solutions for evolving energy systems — helping industrial, oil & gas, mining, and data center clients operate with confidence across North America.
But what really powers us isn’t technology — it’s people.
We believe in building a workplace where everyone feels empowered, supported, and inspired to do their best work — and have fun doing it. When you join TURBINE-X, you become part of a team that listens first, solves problems together, and delivers the X-FACTOR experience our clients rely on.
Here, you’ll be part of something bigger — helping industries transition to cleaner, smarter, more reliable energy while growing your own expertise in a culture built on excellence, kindness, and innovation.
The future of power is bright.
