We're looking for a Chiropractic Assistant with exceptional people skills who truly cares about people and wants to help them. You'll greet patients, keep the schedule and data accurate, and help Dr. Landry with patient care. If you love people, like getting things right the first time, and stay busy without being reminded, this could be a great fit.

What you'll do:

• Greet each patient warmly by name and create a welcoming, upbeat environment
• Help patients with sign-in, share inspirational handout and assist with intake forms
• Answer the phone with a smile and respond to messages promptly and professionally
• Schedule patients and enter schedules in our EHR (electronic health record) system
• Do accurate data entry and confirm that patient payments are made and recorded
• Organize, scan/file paperwork, and print documents
• Help Dr. Landry with patient exams
• Take x-rays once certified (we pay for your certification)
• Keep the office clean, organized, and inviting

Schedule:

• Monday & Thursday: 6:30–11am & 2:30–6:30pm
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 2:30–6:30pm
• Fridays: training required until standards are met
• 20-30 hours per week

Pay:

• $15/hr during training
• $16/hr once fully trained
• $17/hr once x-ray certified
• Raises based on performance, with growth potential to $30+/hr as you help the clinic grow patient volume and business goals met.

Position requirements:

• Exceptional people skills. You care about people and want to help them
• Very detail-oriented. You double-check your work and catch mistakes before they happen
• Self-motivated and stays on task without constant direction
• Strong data entry skills and comfortable learning new software
• Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone
• Upbeat, positive, and puts patients first
• Organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Fast learner. You'll memorize our team training manual in your first month (phones, scheduling, office procedures)
• Takes initiative and cares for our patients and clinic like their own
• Lives a healthy lifestyle and wants to lead a natural, drug-free life

• Enter information accurately and efficiently into the EHR
