JP BD-总监/高级总监

该职位来源于猎聘 The Role We are seeking an experienced BD Director to drive partnerships with Japanese OEMs across both China and Japan markets. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and closing deals with key Japanese automakers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development with Japanese OEMs in China and Japan
• Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with target automakers
• Structure and negotiate long-term commercial agreements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese OEM partners
• Collaborate with project management team, solutions team, and R&D teams to provide tailored products for clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region 职位要求： Requirements
• 10+ years of BD/sales experience in automotive/autonomous driving/AI
• Proven track record of working directly with Japanese OEMs
• Deep understanding of both China and Japan automotive markets
• Fluent Japanese and English (Chinese is a plus)
• Strong existing network within Japanese automotive industry
