JQE ENGINEER

We are hiring a JQE Engineer for our quality department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct failure analysis and improve quality across assembly, e-liquid filling, aging, and packaging processes.
2. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and mistake-proofing methods to prevent defects.
3. Drive yield improvement and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
4. Guide and mentor Indonesian QC staff to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
5. Communicate quality issues and improvement plans effectively in Mandarin.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the same role.
3. Familiar with failure analysis for assembly / e-liquid filling / aging / packaging processes, statistical process control (SPC), mistake-proofing, and yield improvement.
4. Fluent Mandarin and able to mentor Indonesian quality-control (QC) staff.
