Jr Account Executive

Position : Junior Accounts Executive Location : AKOTA , Vadodara

Experience : 2+ Years Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Additional certification in Accounting, GST, or SAP is an added advantage.

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting. The candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP , Tally Prime , and a good understanding of Balance Sheet preparation , statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in SAP and Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain journals, ledgers, cash book, bank book, and purchase/sales registers.
• Assist in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Generate MIS reports and financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP (Business One Module preferred).
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Sound understanding of Balance Sheet preparation and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
