Jr. Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities, documentation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
• Assist senior accountants and auditors when required.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
