Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, good numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced F&B/QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting and financial records.
• Record and verify invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents according to company procedures.
• Assist in maintaining petty cash records and expense documentation.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Assist senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting information.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial records and supporting documents.
• Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management.

Education

• B.Com / BBA (Finance & Accounting) / BS Accounting & Finance or a relevant degree.
• Candidates with a Finance & Accounting specialization will be preferred.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Com / BBA Finance & Accounting / BS Accounting & Finance.
• Strong academic background in accounting and finance.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates who are eager to learn and develop their career in Finance & Accounts.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
