Jr. Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain cash, bank and expense records.
• Assist in preparing GST-related data and documentation.
• Assist with TDS-related accounting and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of purchase and sales transactions.
• Track outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with concerned departments.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Knowledge of debit, credit, journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
