Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with around 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities in our water manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily sales, purchase and expense entries

* Prepare sales and purchase invoices

* Record cash and bank transactions

* Maintain customer and supplier accounts

* Handle accounts receivable and payable

* Maintain production-related purchase and expense records

* Assist with stock and inventory-related accounting

* Maintain cash book and ledger accounts

* Assist with bank and ledger reconciliation

* Support GST billing, entries and documentation

* Assist in preparing documents for GST returns and other statutory requirements

* Maintain proper records of bills, vouchers and invoices

* Coordinate with sales, purchase and production teams for accounting information

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in accounting

* B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred

* Knowledge of Tally / accounting software

* Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing

* Good knowledge of MS Excel

* Good numerical and analytical skills

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG company will be an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
