Jr. Active Directory

• Provide daily operational support for Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, OUs, computer objects, provisioning, access updates, and deactivation.
• Assist with Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, hybrid identity, and synchronization activities.
• Troubleshoot basic authentication, access, account, policy, and Windows Server issues; escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Use PowerShell for administrative tasks, maintain documentation/reports, follow ITIL and security procedures, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; 0–2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and user/access management.
• Basic exposure to PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and hybrid identity; Azure AD Connect knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, backup concepts, networking, ITIL, incident, and change management is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to learn and grow in IT Infrastructure/Systems Administration.
