Jr. Analyst

Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree required

1 to five years of work experience

Prior experience in commercial real estate, financial analysis, consulting or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range Language:
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000/- to $90,000/- annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).

Develop detailed financial models to evaluate prospective real estate transactions, including projected cash flows, occupancy costs, sensitivity analyses, lease-versus-buy comparisons and GAAP impact analyses.

Develop charts, tables, graphics and other visual materials that effectively illustrate financial and operational data.

Interpret financial results and prepare clear, concise summaries that communicate key findings, assumptions and recommendations.

Create PowerPoint presentations for business development pitches, strategic assignments and ongoing client requests.

Review leases, proposals and other transaction documents; summarize key business terms, financial provisions and potential areas of concern.

Conduct tenant, building and market due diligence in support of transaction and portfolio assignments.

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Perform other duties as assigned.
