Jr. Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Architect with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination. The candidate should have good knowledge of KMBR (Kerala Municipality Building Rules) and be capable of handling drawings, approvals, and architectural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other project requirements.
• Ensure designs and drawings comply with applicable KMBR rules and regulations.
• Prepare drawings and documentation required for building permit and approval processes.
• Review and modify drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and architectural presentations.
• Conduct site visits when required and coordinate with site teams.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and issued within project timelines.
• Support senior architects in ongoing residential and commercial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Architect/Jr. Architect.
• Strong knowledge of KMBR rules and regulations is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, building planning, and construction practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
