Jr. Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and development of architectural plans, drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Prepare and update working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documents.
• Assist in reviewing architectural plans and ensuring that drawings are accurate and coordinated with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering plans.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify actual site conditions and ensure conformity with approved plans.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress and identify architectural defects, discrepancies, and deviations from approved plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, project teams, and other concerned departments regarding architectural requirements.
• Assist in preparing punch lists, inspection reports, and documentation for completed and ongoing works.
• Review material samples, finishes, shop drawings, and other architectural submissions as assigned.
• Assist in resolving technical and design-related concerns encountered during construction.
• Ensure that architectural drawings and documents are properly organized, updated, and maintained.
• Assist in preparing presentations, design proposals, project reports, and other architectural documents.
• Help ensure that projects comply with building codes, design standards, company specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Support the Senior Architect in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor assigned architectural tasks and ensure that deliverables are completed within the required timeline.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Preferably a Licensed Architect, but fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in architectural design, construction, property development, or related work.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
