Jr. Brand Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and market share.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and etc. teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Manage the brand's marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities while ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct product portfolio reviews and recommend pricing, packaging, and product improvements based on market demand.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market analysis for management.
• Ensure all branding and marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, distributors, and key business partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Work Schedule:

• 47.5 hrs work week-compressed schedule

• Candidate must be willing to work in Carmona, Cavite

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
