JR. Business Process Designer

About the role

We're looking for a JR. Business Process Designer to join our growing team in Metro Manila on a contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in business process design and systems analysis within the Information & Communication Technology sector. As a Junior Business Process Designer, you will work closely with our experienced team to analyse, design, and optimise business processes that drive operational efficiency across our client base. This position is integral to helping organisations streamline their operations and leverage technology effectively to achieve their strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

As a JR. Business Process Designer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Designing and documenting optimised business processes using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Collaborating with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and validate process designs
• Creating process flow diagrams, process maps, and detailed documentation that clearly communicate proposed improvements
• Supporting the implementation and testing of new business processes and systems
• Providing recommendations for process automation and technology solutions to enhance operational performance
• Assisting in the development of training materials and user guides for new processes
• Maintaining and updating process documentation as systems and operations evolve

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, we're seeking a candidate with the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about business challenges
• Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar methodologies
• Experience with process mapping software or diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with business systems, enterprise software, or IT environments
• Preferred: Prior experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement projects
• Preferred: Knowledge of lean or six sigma methodologies
• Preferred: Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
