Jr CAD Designer/ Data Administrator

Data Administrator is responsible for helping and maintaining high quality and service standards by working in conjunction with all Designers, Engineers & Management.

CAD background in Catia or UGNX is a benefit.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Communicate with all customers and address all requests or concerns.
• Receive and send data by way of E-mail, FTP/Website, and CD/DVD.
• Prepare transmittals and paperwork associated with incoming and outgoing data.
• Maintain logbooks for all incoming and outgoing data.
• Pass data, with appropriate transmittals, to the designated departments.
• Create and maintain a filing system for all jobs on servers.
• Prepare Invoice Instruction Sheets for the Accounting Department to bill customers.
• Create and maintain databases (Job Book, Contact List, etc.).
• Complete all other tasks as designated by the President and Managers at PDS.
• (QO) are established along with the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
• Aware of where the QP is posted
• Responsible for ensuring the Supplier and Customer lists are up to date

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
