Jr. Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager to support a large-scale mass earthwork and site development project . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0–3 years of experience who wants to build a long-term career in construction management while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Construction Manager and Project Manager, supporting day-to-day construction activities, contractor coordination, project documentation, and field observation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily construction activities on a large-scale mass earthwork and site development project.
• Assist with site safety efforts and help promote compliance with project safety requirements.
• Observe field construction activities and document project progress.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
• Support coordination between contractors, project management, and field personnel.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, field documentation, and project records.
• Track drawings, specifications, submittals, and other construction documentation.
• Help identify field issues and communicate concerns to the Senior Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Provide general field support as project needs evolve.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field .
• 0–3 years of construction, engineering, internship, co-op, or field experience.
• Interest in heavy civil construction, mass earthwork, grading, and large-scale site development .
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working primarily in an active construction and field environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within construction management.

Salary 70,000 - 75,000
