Jr. Construction Procurement Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing construction materials, equipment, and New Store Openings (NSO) supplies for restaurant and facility projects. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and strong supplier partnerships to support the company's expansion and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, fixtures, and MRO supplies for restaurant and facility projects
• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service standards
• Request, review, and analyze quotations and proposals
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and warehouses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts
• Monitor supplier performance, including delivery timelines, quality, and compliance
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with operations and warehouse teams
• Work closely with construction, maintenance, and operations teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in construction procurement, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
• Licensed Engineer
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and MRO supplies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP system experience is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
