Jr Customer Service Executive- Service Delivery - Platform Planning

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Service Delivery - Platform Planning & Network Design department. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and work under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day platform and network planning operations.

Roles and Responsibility

• Maintain daily activities and routines to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure SLAs are achieved and proactively maintain them to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
