About the role

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting data to support business and operational decision-making. The role prepares regular reports, identifies trends and patterns, maintains data quality, and develops Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable business and operational insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on service and operational data.
• Extract, consolidate, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and performance indicators.
• Review reports and system outputs to identify data errors and quality issues.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for monitoring and decision-making.
• Develop data collection and validation processes to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Work closely with management and stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business and operational decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, data validation, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data cleaning/validation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, filtering, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and data quality practices.
• Experience working with databases and large datasets is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple reports, priorities, and deadlines.
