Jr. DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for cloud technologies, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to support and improve our infrastructure and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructure

• Help implement and maintain containerization solutions using Docker

• Support the deployment and management of applications on Kubernetes clusters

• Assist in managing and optimizing AWS cloud resources and services

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines

• Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Assist in database administration tasks and optimizations

• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems

• Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment and scalability

• Document processes, configurations, and best practices

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces

• Familiarity with containerization technologies, particularly Docker

• Knowledge of container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS - services

• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell)

• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
