About the Role: ACG Capsules (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of empty hard gelatin capsules used for pharmaceutical products, both modern and traditional medicine (herbal), as well as dietary supplements.

We are looking for a Jr. Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering Department in Rayong.

This role owns in-plant electrical maintenance and utilities reliability, and is a strong opportunity to build hands-on engineering experience in a GMP regulated multinational manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead in-plant electrical maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted power supply and zero breakdown on account of electrical failures.
• Plan, prepare, and execute maintenance as per schedule in coordination with user departments, to ensure smooth functioning of electrical equipment and machinery.
• Maintain HT/LT distribution, DG set, and utility systems (HVAC, WTP, ETP, air and steam), and control utilities downtime within planned limits.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system faults on production machinery, including PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo drives.
• Plan and execute capacity expansion, improvement, and energy conservation projects to meet the approved energy budget, including contractor and vendor coordination.
• Submit the monthly energy budget tracker, the daily and weekly energy consumption report (ECR), and the monthly PM compliance report to Plant and Central function.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical safety standards, statutory inspection requirements, and cGMP and SOP requirements.
• Develop associates on multi skilling, and provide on the job and classroom training.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.ENG), Electrical or Mechatronics.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in HVAC, WTP, ETP, and utilities is preferred.
• Experience in a GMP regulated plant (pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics) is an advantage.

Skills:

• Knowledge of HT/LT distribution, DG set, motors, VFD, PLC, and HMI, with the ability to analyze and solve electrical and control system problems.
• Preventive maintenance planning, maintenance reporting, and energy conservation. Certification as a Person Responsible for Energy (PRE) is an advantage.
• Project execution skills, able to run improvement or expansion work with contractors and vendors.
• Communication and coaching skills, able to train and develop operators and technicians.
• English communicable, able to work with international teams.
• Technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel for maintenance and energy reporting.
