What they need
Key responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support for electrical automation products and solutions
- Support product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings
- Help with basic system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Work with the Automation and Sales teams on customer requirements and projects
- Participate in product training and continuous learning activities
- Prepare technical documentation and reports as needed
- Provide onsite and remote support when required
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, industrial automation, PLCs, SCADA, or industrial networking is an advantage
- Willing to learn and develop technical skills in automation solutions
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel for project and customer support activities
