Core Purpose

To oversee plant propagation, nursery health, and crop management across our urban agrivoltaic and rooftop hydroponic systems. This role bridges advanced agricultural science with urban sustainability, ensuring our clients receive high-yielding, healthy, and pesticide-free setups.

Key Responsibilities

Nursery & Propagation Management: Manage the company nursery, ensuring high-quality seedling production, grafting, and substrate preparation for Microgreens, leafy greens, vegetables, and exotic crops.

Hydroponic & Soil-lessCultivation: Oversee crop nutrition, automated watering schedules, and precise EC/pH balance in Microgreens setup, Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) and Dutch Bucket systems.

Crop Health & Protection: Monitor crop lifecycles daily to diagnose nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases early, implementing strictly organic and bio-safe control measures.

Client Handover & Consultation: Conduct operational training for residential villa owners and commercial clients, helping them confidently manage their setups post-installation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a Diploma holder with equivalent hands-on experience.

Technical Expertise: 0-1 years of core experience running commercial nurseries or managing urban hydroponic/polyhouse setups.

Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory to comfortably coordinate with local field staff and premium urban clients.
