What you'll do

• Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech/Automobile/Production/Mechanical/CIPET

• Experience required: 3-5 Years

• Changeover time target Vs. actual

• Process audit NC

• Process knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine

• Knowledge of raw material

• Root cause analysis of Injection Moulding defects

What we are looking for

• Verify production report and production board every hour for correctness and timely updation.

• Ensure timely changeovers and adhere to the changeover time.

• Adhere to established process standards.

• Ontime Declearation Of finished Parts In ERP

• Shift Planning activities

• Ensure all visual instructions are displayed on the workstations like SOS /Appearance/OPL etc.
