What youll do

• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines from Engel, Milacron, Supermaster, Negri Bossi, Haitian, and KraussMaffei.
• Identify and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults to minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment, including material feeding systems, dehumidifiers, mold temperature controllers, hot runner systems, and conveyors.
• Monitor and troubleshoot industrial robots from ABB, Wittmann, Yaskawa, EPSON, and STAR.
• Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings for fault diagnosis and maintenance activities.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and monitor equipment performance to improve machine reliability and availability.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly maintenance reports, breakdown records, and preventive maintenance documentation.
• Monitor key maintenance performance indicators, including MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Manage spare parts inventory, maintain critical spare parts availability, and coordinate replacement of defective components.
• Identify opportunities for energy savings, improve equipment efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize production interruptions.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards to ensure a safe working environment and reliable equipment operation.
