Job Description for Jr. Engineer NPI Quality (CMM Inspection)
Role: Engineer NPI Quality for Quality Department of Plastics injection molding & Stamping unit. Responsible for Product inspection & qualification reports preparation, and shall be directly reporting to Plant Quality Head.
Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical or Tool & Die Making.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years.
Skills required:
Ø Experience in programming & operating Bridge type CMM, 3D scanner and VMS
Ø Preparation of FAIR for product qualification
Ø Measurement system analysis & Statistical Process Control knowledge
Ø Geometric dimensioning and tolerance knowledge
Ø Communication skills.
Ø Proficient in MS Office.
Job Responsibilities: -
Verifying the customer drawings and standards and conducting the feasibility study.
Programming for CMM & conducting inspection
Assisting HOD in all NPI quality related activities
Preparing the FAIR reports and forwarding to QA Head approval
Compiling and publishing the weekly & monthly NPI QA reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
