Job Description

• Good command on Engineering drawings interpretation and implementation.
• Must be able to explain subordinates, the CTQ parameters.
• Knowledge of all fabrication and machining Quality aspects.
• Will be responsible for Incoming, Inprocess and finished product (PDI) quality.
• Knowledge of toolings, jigs, fixtures etc. for above process to interact with production depptt.
• Be able to upgrade to the new technology available from time to time.
• Manpower planning, to the optimum use of resources.
• Shall be able to guide subordinates to take up quality issues and decisions.
• Shall be able to interact with customers and their representatives..
• Environment Management (Environment, Health & Safety of Employees)
• Ensure Environment & Compliance of safety Standards.
• Ensure Zero Accident target.
• Control of manpower, maintain discipline and implement use of PPEs at Shop floor.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge / Experience of production is desirable.
• Timely & Accurate service delivery
• Education & Dissemination of information on Environment Management, Health & Safety Measures.
• Should be a self-driven and innovative individual.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (excellent in Excel & PPT), managing internet, Preparing PowerPoint presentations, E-mails and Employee Communication.
• Having willingness to travel across all the Projects as part of implementation of Policy Guidelines.
• Provide necessary support in automation and integration and suggest process improvements for better service delivery.
• Candidate should be presentable and have strong leadership skills.
