Jr. Event Coordinator

Ondaro Is With You For What Comes Next Ondaro is looking for an organized, detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You'll support the planning and execution of events that move pipeline forward and put our brand in front of the right people — from industry conferences to client workshops and field activations.

Reporting to our Sr. Events and Campaign Manager, you will keep events running on time and on target.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate logistics for events such as venue sourcing, vendor communications, timelines, and materials
• Manage event timelines and track deliverables to keep projects moving
• Help prepare event materials including registration pages, run-of-show documents, signage, swag, and collateral
• Maintain event calendars and keep internal stakeholders informed

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing coordination, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
• Exposure to HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus
• Create momentum behind every event through thoughtful coordination and strong communication
• Keep teams aligned and projects moving efficiently
• Ensure every event is impactful and well-executed
• Manage details carefully so nothing gets overlooked
• Deliver experiences that leave attendees energized and connected
• Help set the stage for continued engagement and future success
