Jr. Functional Analyst II

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst II to support the implementation of finance and enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with users, translating business needs into system solutions, and being involved in the full project lifecycle—from configuration to go-live.

You will work closely with consultants, developers, and clients to ensure solutions are configured correctly, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully by end users.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure the no-code / low-code setup of the solution and coordinate with the development team for back-end customizations
• Support the data gathering and requirements phase, and create clear and well-defined user stories
• Lead and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Create User Manuals, training materials, and other project documentation
• Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on system navigation and usage
• Support the go-live phase and post-implementation activities
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years experience as with Odoo
• Basic understanding of business processes, preferably in finance, accounting, or enterprise systems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to document requirements, processes, and user instructions clearly
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with multiple stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Exposure to or interest in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools
• Experience with UAT, system testing, or documentation
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Odoo, or financial planning systems
• Internship or project experience in software implementation or business analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
