About the Role

BOB Performance & Accessories Inc is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Santa Maria, Bulacan, Philippines. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually compelling marketing materials and communications that resonate with our target audience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your design skills whilst contributing to the strategic visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms and channels.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Design and create engaging visual content for digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
3. Edit and retouch photographs and images for use across marketing channels
4. Prepare design files for production, ensuring all specifications and technical requirements are met
5. Assist in maintaining and updating brand asset libraries and design templates
6. Incorporate client feedback and revisions into design projects in a timely manner
7. Contribute ideas and suggestions during creative brainstorming sessions
8. Support the development of marketing collateral for product launches, events, and promotional campaigns
9. Stay updated with current design trends and best practices in the marketing and communications industry

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience or portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, with a focus on marketing communications
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
3. Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work that meets brand standards
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
7. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and understanding of how design functions across various digital channels
8. Familiarity with design tools for web and social media content creation
9. A creative mindset with the ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visual solutions
10. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or relevant professional experience
