Jr. HR Executive

Experience: 1-2 yrs
Working Schedule : Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM to 7 PM )
Job Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and candidate screening
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate interviews
• Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Assist with employee communication and engagement
• Assist is payroll process

Requirements

• 1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
