HR Operations Executive - 0 to 1 Year Experience

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Executive with 0-1 year of experience to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the employee onboarding and exit process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and background verification.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
• Support employees with routine HR-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational activities.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, forms, and records.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Ensure HR data is accurate, organized, and confidential.

Required Skills

• 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR / HR Administration.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

• Internship or academic project experience in HR.
• Exposure to HRMS/HRIS or ATS tools.
• Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and leave processes.
