What they need
- Responsible to assist QM in the overall QA functions (Procedure Drafting, Training & Auditing).
- Responsible to assist QM maintain the ISO Quality Management System established within the Organization through control system set.
- Responsible to ensure conformance of the system by conducting internal audits at planned intervals, analyzing non-conformities and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
- Have experienced in auditing company document and process and procedures.
- To provide administrator support to the department.
- Ensure that records are kept properly and handover of information is executed clearly.
- Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, work quality and work innovation. Focus on better and more cost-effective methods. Assist to keep the department abreast with all policies and procedures implemented / updated / executed by HQ.
- Ensure proper filing for all documents, files and other important documents under your charge while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as scheduled by the Management.
- Follow-up with all QA documentations while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as scheduled by the Management.
- Assist to monitor QA department related matters. Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure that required document or matters are completed timely.
- Assist to screen, check and sort document before forwarding to the respective sections.
- Well versed in Bahasa and English.
- Have good understanding in ISO9001:2015 is an added advantage.
