Jr. Logistics Assistant

Position Overview: The Logistics Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all stocks and supplies are adequately maintained to meet operational needs. This role involves managing inventory, tracking materials, organizing supplies, and overseeing the accurate release of items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material management, logistics processes, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies.
• Maintain and update inventory trackers to reflect current stock levels and predict future needs.
• Organize and manage the storage of supplies to maximize space and ensure easy access.
• Oversee the release of items, ensuring all details, including quantities and destinations, are accurate and documented.
• Assist in coordinating the logistics process, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of material needs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in forecasting material requirements based on historical data and upcoming demands.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory status and supply chain performance

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelors Degree
• Proven background in material management, logistics, inventory control, or a related field.
• With driver's license (4-wheels)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
