Jr. Manager-In-Training

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Jr. Manager in Training. This role is designed for an experienced SME who demonstrates strong leadership potential and is ready to develop their skills in people management, operations, and team performance. The successful candidate will undergo training and gain hands-on experience in preparation for future managerial responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing the daily operations and performance of the assigned team.
• Lead team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance discussions while providing guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, KPIs, and overall team performance, and assist in implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Address employee concerns, operational issues, and escalations, and coordinate with the Manager or appropriate departments for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, client requirements, and operational standards.
• Prepare and review team performance, attendance, and operational reports, and provide relevant updates to management.
• Identify performance and process gaps and assist in developing and implementing action plans and process improvements.
• Support employee onboarding, training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist the Manager in workforce planning, team coordination, meetings, and other management activities.
• Assume delegated leadership responsibilities when the Manager is unavailable and help ensure business continuity.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company information.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, leadership, and strong work ethics at all times.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
