What they need
- Oversee and supervise day-to-day MEP related activities at site including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, STP, WTP, and ELV systems.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project schedule.
- Monitor and ensure quality workmanship and safety at all times.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants for design clarifications, changes, and approvals.
- Liaise with MEP contractors and vendors to ensure timely mobilization, work execution, and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Interface with civil and architectural teams to align MEP work with overall construction activities.
- Review MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements for compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in resolving technical issues on-site with prompt and practical solutions.
- Provide feedback to design consultants based on site conditions and execution feasibility.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment at site.
- Verify material quality and quantities received against approved specifications and BOQs.
- Maintain proper records of inventory, usage, and wastage control.
- Track progress of MEP works against the project schedule and escalate delays or bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports highlighting work status, manpower deployment, and key issues.
- Attend progress meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure all MEP services are properly integrated, tested, and documented.
