Job Title: Order & Dispatch Operations Executive

Job Overview
The Order & Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete order coordination process after a product is purchased through Shopify. The role involves coordinating with the dispatch and tracking teams, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to the end customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process customer orders received through Shopify.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely order processing and shipment.
• Coordinate with the tracking/logistics team to monitor shipment status.
• Track orders from dispatch until final delivery to the customer.
• Follow up on delayed, pending, or undelivered shipments and coordinate for resolution.
• Communicate order and delivery updates to customers through email and messaging platforms.
• Draft professional emails for order confirmations, delivery updates, delays, and other customer communication.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, tracking details, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to draft professional emails.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Shopify and Interakt experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Prior experience in order management, e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or customer support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
