Summary :

We are looking for Software Engineers with a technical background and experience in the lending/collections domain to work on solutions involving Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC). The role involves software development, integration, data processing, debugging, testing, and production support for collections applications

Software Engineer – PowerCurve Collections

Experience: 2–4 years Skill

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain software components related to collections applications.
• Build and support APIs, integrations, data flows, and application interfaces.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze and resolve application and production issues. Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, deployment, and SDLC activities.
• Apply lending and collections domain knowledge to software solutions.
• Work with PowerCurve Collections (PCC) as part of the product/technology stack.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in software development / engineering
• Strong programming fundamentals Good SQL and database knowledge
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data processing
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SDLC and Agile development
• Basic to good understanding of lending and collections
• Good to Have Experience with Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Banking, NBFC, fintech, or lending technology experience
• Knowledge of DPD, delinquency, collections strategies, segmentation, and recovery
• Experience with enterprise applications or decisioning platforms
