Jr Performance Marketer - AI Technology

Workster is partnering with an international technology company to recruit a Junior Performance Marketer specialising in AI technology. In this role, you will support digital marketing campaigns that build awareness, attract customers and drive measurable growth for AI-powered products and services.

You will work closely with marketing, product, sales and data teams to plan, launch and optimise campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong interest in performance marketing, an analytical mindset and curiosity about AI and emerging technology.

Your Role

• Support the planning and delivery of performance marketing campaigns for AI-powered products and services
• Help manage campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, email and other digital platforms
• Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget tracking and quality checks
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics, including traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition and return on advertising spend
• Use marketing data and platform insights to identify opportunities to improve campaign results
• Support the testing and optimisation of advertising copy, creative assets, landing pages and audience segments
• Work with content and creative teams to develop campaign materials that communicate product benefits clearly
• Help maintain campaign calendars, tracking documents and marketing dashboards
• Support the implementation of tracking, tagging and conversion measurement across digital campaigns
• Research audiences, competitors, market trends and relevant AI industry developments
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with customer needs and business objectives
• Contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition and product growth initiatives
• Follow marketing, privacy and advertising guidelines when supporting campaign activity
• Keep up to date with performance marketing tools, digital channels and developments in AI technology

Your Qualifications

• Some experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or a related role, including internships or relevant projects
• Understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display or email
• Interest in campaign measurement, customer acquisition and data-informed marketing
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting performance data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Good written communication skills and an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
• Organised approach and ability to manage tasks, deadlines and competing priorities
• Willingness to learn new platforms, tools and marketing techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, product, sales and creative teams
• Curiosity about AI, technology products and how digital marketing can support their growth
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or marketing dashboards is an advantage
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, A/B testing or marketing automation is an advantage
• Relevant marketing qualifications or training are an advantage
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
