Union Dredgers & Marine Contracting (UDMC) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Junior Planning Engineer

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules and work programmes.
• Monitor project progress against planned activities and timelines.
• Collect and maintain daily/weekly progress data from site teams.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, look-ahead schedules and other planning documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams and subcontractors to track progress.
• Identify delays and assist in reporting schedule deviations.
• Maintain planning records and project documentation.
• Support the Planning Manager/Project Manager in day-to-day planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in planning/project coordination, preferably in civil, marine or construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work at a project site in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
