JR Product & System Demonstrator

Sika Hellas is looking for a Product & System Demonstrator to join our team in Kryoneri, Attica.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting product and system demonstrations, supporting live applications and delivering practical training to customers, applicators and Sika employees. The role is highly hands-on and combines technical knowledge, product application and presentation skills.

Role Description:

• Prepare product samples, system mock-ups and demonstration setups for internal and external presentations.
• Conduct live product and system applications and demonstrations for customers, applicators, sales teams and other stakeholders.
• Deliver practical product and application training to Sales teams, customers and applicators.
• Demonstrate the correct use, application and performance of Sika products and systems.
• Support customer visits, technical events, workshops and product presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Marketing and R&D teams to support product launches, customer engagement and business development activities.
• Maintain the demonstration area, equipment, tools and materials in good condition and ensure they are ready for demonstrations and training.
• Provide feedback from demonstrations and field applications to the relevant internal teams.
• Support the development of demonstration materials, application guides and training content.
• Ensure all demonstrations and applications are performed in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and Sika standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Technical education or vocational training in construction, electrical, mechanical or related fields will be considered an advantage.
• Previous hands-on experience in construction, building materials, applications or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Practical and hands-on mindset with good understanding of construction applications.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work directly with customers and applicators.
• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel when required
