JR. PROJECT MANAGER

• 1 - 4 years of experience as Project Manager
• Banking industry experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with PM tools like JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow Applications is a plus
• Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
• Manage all activities in the project lifecycle (initiation; planning; execution; monitoring and controlling; and closing) across one or more lines of business
• Consult with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, in cluding development of a statement of work
• Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding
• Identify and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project goal.
• Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management based on defined governance methods and standard processes
• Project resource management
• Conducts post-mortem and project closure reviews, CSAT surveys and project team’s performance appraisals
• Create and deliver presentation to top management on project goals and plans, including progress reports and issues escalations
• Oversee sourcing and management of vendors
• Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, processes, policies and guidelines, as well as other fi nancial governing bodies (e.g. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, AMLA Council, SDLC etc.)
• Define and monitor all project key constraints
• Manage project issues and risks
• Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
• Develop and implement project communication plans
• Develop and implement project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all project team members, partners and stakeholders
• Monitor and address audit findings and related acƟon items associated with the project
• Perform other related tasks

Pay: Up to Php75,000.00 per month
