Jr. Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.

· Coordinate with vendors for quotations, rates, availability and delivery schedules.

· Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO).

· Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

· Compare vendor quotations and prepare price comparison statements.

· Coordinate with Store, Production, Quality and Accounts departments for material requirements.

· Maintain purchase records, vendor details and procurement documents.

· Generate enquiries and send RFQs to suppliers.

· Negotiate basic rates, delivery terms and payment terms with vendors under guidance.

· Track pending Purchase Orders and material deliveries.

· Coordinate with vendors regarding quality, quantity and shortage issues.

· Support vendor development and maintain supplier database.

· Verify purchase-related documents, invoices and delivery challans.

· Ensure procurement is done as per company requirements and approved specifications.

· Perform other purchase-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
